What are O2 Rewards? It’s one of the ways we say thank you to our Pay As You Go customers.. Every three months we add up all your top-ups and give you 5% or 10% back. You can claim your reward as extra airtime credit or save them for money off all tickets to must-see gigs, a new mobile or high street vouchers.
Can I lower my tariff on O2?
Flex your data monthly This means you can change your airtime tariff up or down, once a month. Once you’ve had your new device for 30 days, you’ll be able to move between the other tariffs that were available on your phone when you bought it. Simply sign in to My O2 and choose the tariff you want to move to.
Does O2 do loyalty discount?
You’ll get the discount until you upgrade. When you upgrade, you’ll need to apply for the additional discount again by texting LOYALTY to 21500 or by going to an O2 store. If you’re eligible for more than one airtime discount, we’ll give you the biggest one that’s available to you.
