What is a P28?
A P28 equivalent is an ECU that is electronically identical to a P28 ECU. Most P28 ECU’s use the common honda ’11F0′ ECU circuit board with the correct components soldered onto the board.
What is a P06?
The P06 event is a notification that the account is no longer open, that is, no new charges can accrue to this account. This notification is not related to whether or not the account is paid in full. EVN-2 – Recorded Date/Time must contain the account end date.

Can I swap out the chip in my ECU?
Absolutely. This ECU uses a “ZIF socket” which allows the chip to easily be swapped out. Simply unscrew the top cover of the ECU, lift the lever on the side of the socket to release the chip, insert your other chip, then close the lever on the socket to hold your chip securely in place.
Will a basemap tune fix a chipped ECU?
A basemap tune is made for your application, however if the basemap tune is not 100% spot on you may require further tuning by a local honda/acura tuner. 2.
