How do you upgrade Frostmetal gear in TERA?
Frostmetal gear can be upgraded to Stormcry gear. Upgrading requires Archdevan Surfactant. As of Exodor patch (patch 86 in October 2019) enchanting material was changed from Golden Darics to Golden Talents. At full item xp enchant change is 100%.
