Does Eve work with TTW?
Mods that replace the standard Pip-Boy with a handheld device are known to potentially cause issues with other mods, including EVE (our “holographic” iron sights might or might not be visible at times). TTW is not supported here, there are no compatibility patches in our files area, and no plans to provide those.

Can I delete Fallout 3 after installing TTW?
Fallout 3 Installation: Fallout 3 only needs to be installed for running the TTW installer, and can be uninstalled after the installer completes. It still needs to be installed outside of any default Windows folder as outlined above.

Just install NMC’s first and then Ojo/Poco Bueno. I would recommend installing the “Washed-Out Wasteland” version of NMC’s, as its textures complement Ojo/Poco Bueno’s better imo, but that’s up to you.

FNVLODGen generates LOD only for worldspaces that have existing file LODSettings\. dlodsettings, it is created when building terrain LOD in GECK. It containes the cell coordinates of the south west corner of worldspace and they are needed to properly name generated LOD files to align with terrain LOD files.
