This experience includes the Ancient Thermal Bath circuit through baths at different temperatures (hot, cold, warm, ice) the jets bath, the Laconicum (Steam Room with aromatherapy), and the Flotarium (Salt Water Bath) as well as the relaxation area to rest on warm marble.

Upon entering the bath area someone will provide you with a brief tour and afterwards you may roam freely. If your reservation is The Ancient Thermal Baths you may circulate throughout the baths, steam room and seating area at your leisure for the 90 minutes of the duration of the session.
What do you need to bring to Aire Ancient Baths?
Everything else is provided onsite: towels, robes, mandatory water shoes, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wipes) as well as hair dryers and straightening irons, all of which are available in the locker rooms. The only thing you might want to bring if you use it is face moisturizer.

If you want to tip, I would recommend bringing cash as I was able to just hand it to the room attendant. They may have an option for doing that upstairs, but I wasn’t sure so just gave the cash.
