Why is Zipcar charging me?
Members may be charged for estimated costs pending final repair. By joining Zipcar, the Member agrees to pay Zipcar the costs, charges, fees and expenses set out in the Contract, including specifically and without limitation those set forth in this Schedule.
How do I dispute a Zipcar late fee?
If you encounter any refund-related issue when closing your account or are late with canceling your reservation, you can contact the Zipcar customer support team at 1-866-4ZIPCAR. Make sure to prepare your account info, as well as the reasons for your refund request before calling.
Does Zipcar give you a grace period?
There is no grace period for returning a reservation. You must return the Zipcar by the end time you have scheduled or you will be subject to a late fee.
What happens if you pick up Zipcar late?
The Member will be billed for the full amount of the reservation time period, even if the vehicle is returned early. Should a vehicle be returned late, the reserving Member will be responsible for late fees as described in the Fee Policy.
Are there cameras inside Zipcars?
Zipcar may have access to video surveillance systems as well as cameras, where indicated by signage at the relevant Zipcar group location, tha record activity at our Zipcar pods.

How much does Zipcar cost? Zipcar membership costs $7 a month or $70 a year. Reserve cars by the hour or by the day. Gas, secondary insurance, and 180 miles per day are all included in membership. Other fees, such as a young driver fee, may apply. Price it out.
How long does it take to reserve a Zipcar?
3.1 Members must always reserve a Zipcar vehicle in advance of use and will typically be billed for usage fees at the time of booking your reservation. The minimum period for which a Zipcar vehicle may be reserved is one hour or thirty minutes in certain circumstances.
Can a non member drive a Zipcar?
Non-Members are expressly prohibited from driving a Zipcar vehicle at any time. Members may drive a Zipcar vehicle that has been reserved by another Zipcar Member; however all fees and charges, and the application of any DFWs, shall be determined in accordance with, and be the responsibility of, the reserving Member.

Upon suspension or termination, any existing reservations for the Member or Associate Members (as the case may be) may be canceled by Zipcar at its sole discretion.
