The 70D comes with Dual-Pixel technology which allows for faster autofocus in live-view mode. This works pretty well, actually. While I would usually not use it for wildlife as it is still not quick enough for that, it has performed very well with my Macro technology and a welcome addition.

Is the EF-S STN 18-135 a good lens?

The 18 – 135 EF-S STN lens is a very good primary lens, for me. If I had a complaint about his camera, it would be the operating manual. The manual is fair, at best. Having said that, at the end of the day this is the best camera I have ever owned.
