What is Schluter Jolly used for?

Can you paint Schluter?
You can also paint the schluter piece the color of your wall. Mask it along the grout line and paint it with your walls.
What is jolly trim used for?
Jolly trim is a linear trim or edge for tile. It can be ceramic or metal. It is used to finish a raw tile edge just like a bullnose tile. It can also be used as a liner to accent your design.
What is the difference between bullnose and Schlüter?
Schluter tile edging trim is designed with different profiles to provide a smooth edge and eliminate the need for caulking. Bullnose tile trim consists of tile trim pieces with a finished, half-rounded edge that curves on the outward side to transition to the wall or floor.
Do you grout between tile and tile trim?
No matter how flush the fitting was when you initially did it, over time, it will erode and create room, becoming even more visually unappealing. So, when trimming, it is a good idea to use grout between tiles and trim. Having said that, there are also several trimming options you can go with.
What are the different types of Schluter®-Systems profiles?
The profile is available in chrome-plated solid brass, color-coated aluminum, textured color coated aluminum, anodized aluminum and PVC.
