PHOENIX — The Phoenix Fire Department assisted 22 people stuck on a stalled roller coaster at Castles N’ Coasters on Saturday evening. The Desert Storm roller coaster stalled at around 5:30 p.m., fire officials said. The ride stalled about 20 feet off the ground on a horizontal loop.
