Hello and welcome to this presentation of the STM32 independent watchdog (IWDG). It covers the main features of this peripheral which can be used either as a watchdog to reset the microcontroller when a problem occurs, or as a free-running timer for application timeout management.
What is WWDG?
The window watchdog is used to detect the occurrence of software faults. It can be programmed to detect abnormally late or early application behavior. It is best suited for applications required to react within an accurate timing window. Once enabled, it can only be disabled by a device reset.
How do I disable Iwdg STM32?
According to the reference manual, once the IWDG is started it cannot be stopped except by a Reset. You could intentionally cause a Reset, and on starting from reset have a test that checks if the power supply has failed. If so it just goes into deep sleep rather than starting execution normally.

What is ADC clock frequency?
ADC clock frequency = XTAL frequency / Prescaler. The ADC clock frequency must lie somewhere between 50 kHz to 200 kHz to get maximum resolution. If ADC resolution of less than 10 bits required, then the ADC clock frequency can be higher than 200 kHz. At 1 MHz it is possible to achieve eight bits of maximum resolution.

The computer would thus interpret the voltage being sent to be +10 mV, which would be in error. This error is called saturation of the ADC.
