A good way to get that last parasite, whether it’s a Regenerator or Iron Maiden, is to take out one of their legs and then quickly shoot the parasite. Be careful, though, because even on the ground, it’s able to attack you. In addition to that, it has a long reach so that it’s hard to run by.
