Does UNT ticket during the summer?
A: No. If you would like to park on campus during the weekend, you are welcome to do so. We DO enforce pay station spaces (including parking structures), reserved spaces, ‘R’ lot, and ADA spaces.
How does parking work at UNT?
We require parking permits 24 hours a day to park on campus – this includes days when school may not be in session and during the summer. If you don’t use a parking permit, you are subject to a citation. Daily visitor permits are available in specified lots. Hourly parking and garage parking is also available.

Does UNT tow?
Some parking violations may also require us to tow a vehicle. You may pay your citation via our online Parking Portal with a credit or debit card. We also accept cash, check and credit/debit cards in our office on the first floor of the Highland Street Garage, 620 Central Avenue in Denton.

What happens if you don’t pay parking ticket Nebraska?
Failure to pay any portion of your parking tickets will result in your license plate number being placed on the impoundment list for towing. Unpaid parking tickets may also result in a student´s grades or registration being held.
What time do UNT busses stop running?
Hours are Monday through Thursday from 7 pm to 2 am each day, and Friday through Sunday from 4 pm to 2 am each day. Call for an E-ride at 940-565-3014. This service is open only to UNT students ages 18 and older.
How long do points stay on your license in Nebraska?
Upon conviction of a violation, points are assessed to a driving record as of the date of violation. Convictions remain on the driving record for five (5) years.
