Are rockshox xc30 good?

How do you maintain a SR SUNTOUR fork?
All SR SUNTOUR forks are lubricated from our factory using proprietary grease. This grease can break down over time and have an oil-like appearance. It should be wiped away from the stanchion tubes with a clean, dry rag. Over the course of time, new grease should be applied at 50 hours of use or sooner.
Should I buy the RockShox XC30 or xcr34 coil?
XCM and lower end XCR Coil yes I’d spend the money and get the Rockshox, XC30 will be a decent improvement as I believe it has rebound control unlike the low end Suntour. If it’s an XCR Air or XCR34 coil, I’d go Suntour.
Should I buy a Suntour or RockShox Fork?
If it’s an XCR Air or XCR34 coil, I’d go Suntour. Is there a specific bike you are looking at? If your just buying a fork, I’d at least look at an air fork of some sort. In the long run? Rockshox all the way. They actually have spare parts available most of the time, and sometimes parts are interchangeable with higher end forks.
Should I get the SunTour XCM or the lockout?
Spend a bit extra on Suntour and get the LO-R-27,5-AIR, most likely no more than $60 over the XCM, the Lockout is hydraulic, it’s that Suntour is horrible with updating their site, and the site is also riddled with spelling errors.
Is the RockShox Dart 3 better than the XCM?
I think the Rockshox is a bit lighter 2223g v 2650g although the Suntour may be cheaper. You should be able to pick up a Tora SL or Recon TK for that. The dart 3 is a lot better than the xcm though. The dart may be better but it is still not up to anything but cruising along fireroads.
